1. Board loading machine
The board loading machine is an auxiliary equipment in SMT production and processing. Its main function is to place the unmounted PCB board in the SMT board loadingmachine and automatically send the board to the transmission track, and then transfer the PCB to the track of the solder paste printer through the track for brushing solder paste.
2. Solder paste printer
The function of the solder paste printer is to print solder paste on the corresponding pads of the circuit board in the SMT production process. The circuit board printed by the solder paste printer is convenient for the subsequent patch machine to mount the patch components on the circuit board. The solder paste printer is generally composed of PCB clamping, solder paste adding, printing, transmission and other mechanisms.
3. SPI (3D solder paste detector)
Generally, 70-80% of the defects in SMT patches come from solder paste printing. Therefore, it is necessary to configure an SPI to detect the quality of solder paste printing after solder paste printing. The PCB with poor solder paste printing can be screened out before patching, so that the pass rate after reflow soldering can be improved. Now more and more 0201 small components need patch welding, so the quality requirements of solder paste printing are higher. The repair cost of defects detected after solder paste printing is much lower than that detected after reflow soldering.
4. SMT machine
The SMT machine is also called "mounting machine". In the production line, it is configured after the SPI (3D solder paste detector). It is a device that accurately places surface mount components on the PCB pad by moving the mounting head. The SMT machine is a device used to achieve high-speed and high-precision placement of components. It is a key and complex equipment in the entire SMT production line. Now, the placement machine has developed from the early low-speed to the limited high-speed optical centering placement machine, and has developed towards multi-functional, flexible connection modularization.
5. First piece detector
The first piece detector is a brand-new change to the traditional PCBA first piece detection method. It can greatly improve the efficiency of first piece detection, prevent errors and omissions in the detection process, and make the detection process traceable. At the same time, it saves manpower and reduces the cost of first piece detection. Use high LCR tester instead of multimeter, BOM self-check, two-way comparison of BOM and coordinate data, fast error correction, automatic optical comparison detection with silk screen and direction component system, without manual participation.
6. Reflow soldering
Reflow soldering is also called reflow soldering and reflow soldering, which refers to the same equipment. Reflow soldering has the functions of high production efficiency, few welding defects and stable performance. It is an important welding equipment in SMT patch factories. The main function of reflow soldering is to put the PCB board with components mounted on it into the track of the reflow soldering machine. After heating, heat preservation, soldering, cooling and other links, the solder paste is changed from paste to liquid at high temperature, and then cooled to solid, so as to achieve the welding effect between the chip components and the PCB board.
7. Unloader
Unloader is used at the back end of the SMT production line, or automatically receives the PCBA board into the material frame after reflow soldering, without manual board picking operation. It has the same function as the loading machine, one is automatic loading and the other is automatic unloading. It has the functions of automatic lifting/automatic counting/automatic feeding and unloading of the material frame and fault alarm. 8. AOI detection
AOI is actually an optical recognition system, which has been widely used in today's electronic processing industry and has gradually replaced the traditional manual visual inspection method. The function of AOI is to use imaging technology to compare whether the object to be tested is too different from the standard image to determine whether the object to be tested meets the standard. In the actual SMT patch factory, AOI is used to detect whether the processing quality and welding quality of electronic components on the circuit board meet the processing standards, and can detect problems in time and solve them early. AOI includes online detection and offline detection.
9. X-Ray

Ordinary manual inspection cannot fundamentally judge the quality of the solder joints.
